This is an email we received from a recent customer. She sent this a few days after confirming me as her wedding magician. The big day is in August, later this year. We haven’t met yet. It feels great to know that our service alone is impressing people before they have even seen any magic!
That’s great that Damian and Laura [the wedding organiser at the venue] have spoken, and it is also more than great that Damian will be able to visit the venue before the day. I really wasn’t expecting that he would be able to do that – that’s ‘above and beyond’ in my book!
In fact, of all the magicians I contacted Damian’s, and your, whole ‘customer service’ has been superb! The first impression I got from your website was that it was honest, upfront and different and so far you have both exceeded that. I asked one other person I emailed to call me to talk things through, and he more or less said no! I was astounded. So, thank you for being so focussed on your customers’ needs, and for helping with the arrangements for our wedding. I am looking forward to meeting Damian, and of course to seeing his show!
