Yesterday, I received a negative review on my Facebook page.
I was initially saddened by this. I always strive to provide excellent service, as well as a great performance on the day. So, I was eager to see who had felt disappointed enough to leave a poor review.
When I clicked on the profile of the author, I was very relieved. It was a fake Facebook account! Probably created by a jealous magician, but who cares? How people responded was the important thing.
I mentioned the negative review on Facebook. The response, from my previous customers, was touching. Lots of lovely comments and six or seven new reviews on my Facebook page, from people who were eager to right the balance.
We are all trying to do our best in this world. We all come across negativity from time to time.
Positivity is the best response! 🙂

The negative review doesn’t seem to be there any more. I assume Facebook realised that it was fake and removed it.
